The Course In Detail:
Professional Practice of High Performance Coaching
It's now a truism to say that coaching is du jour – it’s the big thing.
There are coaches of every flavour and description and coaching is popping up everywhere. But with such a huge bandwagon, people still have many questions about what coaching is, how to do it to a high standard and how to do it professionally.
Michael Breen:
"Most of the requests I hear today are about how to coach "more professionally" – how to build the client base, how to enter this or that niche, what top coaches actually do with their clients (as opposed to what is written about on the internet) and most of all how to "get into executive coaching"
"There is the act of coaching itself and then there is the business of coaching and, if you wish to be "a professional" at it, beyond any other factor, you need to treat it as a business and you have to love... or at least tolerate the process. Without this you are lost."
"There are facts about the business of coaching that are obvious and indeed common sense. There are also 1001 possibilities for developing your practice but you must do the work of refining of your offering and putting it through a coherent strategy that makes you "the whole package".
In this seminar you will learn:
• The requisite elements for professional coaching practice.
• New applications of the MBNLP High Performance Coaching Model, developed by Michael Breen and Ed Percival, for creating real, tangible, quantifiable results with your clients.
• What a senior executive coach knows that you don't.
• How to effectively focus your offering as a coach so that it appeals to prospective clients rather than to you.
• How to fill your coaching toolkit with High Performance tools that get results.
• How to upgrade your practice so that you provide a better value proposition for your clients leading to increased revenues, more referrals and a growing business.
There are no pre-requisites for the course. New and experienced coaches will benefit.
